A question about ‘could’.
If one use the word 'could' in a sentence, it means this sentence is a past tense sentence, right? Therefore, should I use past tense in every sentence I will write of this paragraph or the whole passage?

'could' not only use for mention past story, it's use for indicate CHANCES.
eg:  1)  i could be there -  PAST
       2)  I could be there tomorrow - chance, may be
