I think it means this:    People go (journey) through life looking for someone to love and be loved by.  When you meet your love, you don't have to look anymore, and that particular journey ends.

I guess it is an ending to a story. The story (journey of a main character) ends when he/she meets his/her lover, so the story is complete :D
