I think there is a big cultural difference here. I assume this is something you would want to put on the wall of a building site to inspire the workers. In England this is not something we would do. We would include safety notices, but I think inspirational slogans would not be culturally appropriate and would probably be seen as comical. In any case I think this would be difficult to translate, as it is very idiomatic.
