What is the difference between "nice" and "fine"?

I think fine is like OK. I'm fine. I'm OK. I'm feeling fine. I'm feeling OK. But fine has other meaning as well. I think nice is more like beautiful. She looks nice. These flowers look nice. This is a nice car.
