Recommend me books to read in english
Hi, I have heard that one of the best ways to learn vocabulary and improve your writing is reading books. I would like to get recommendations about what type of books I can read to improve my english.

I have heard that books that focus too much on descriptions are not very good for newbie or the books that have a arcaic vocabulary like for example The hobbit or The lord of the rings.

I think that the best idea is to read a book that interests you, and suits your own tastes. That way reading becomes its own reward.

I have recently finished the 5th book in the series 'A Song of Ice and Fire', the book which the popular TV series Game of Thrones were made based on.
