빈정대다 - ridicule someone
비꼬다 - be sarcastic
Don't ridicule me! --> 빈정대지 마라!
Don't be sarcastic! --> 비꼬지마!

The right word form would be 빈정대지마 or 빈정거리지마.
The meaning is more or less the same.
But 비꼬지마 has stronger feeling and objection.
The meaning itself is not so different.
