look like : ~처럼 보인다.
before : 전에 / 이전에
like this : 이것처럼, 이렇게

This Dress looks LIKE the dress we saw before.
이 드레스는 우리가 전에 봤던 드레스처럼 보인다.

You should have dressed LIKE THIS before
너는 이전에도 이렇게 입었어야 했어.
