mein = Singular. Nominativ oder Akkusativ
meine = Singular. Nominativ oder Akkusativ
oder Plural. Nom. oder Akk.
dein = Singular. Nom. oder Akk.
deine = Singular. Nom. oder Akk.
oder Plural. Nom. oder Akk.
diese = Singular. Nom. oder Akk.
oder Plural. Nom. oder Akk.
dieser = Singular. Nom. oder Akk.
oder Plural. Genitiv

You seem to mix something up.
A German "Substantiv" tells you about its "Genus" (male/female/neuter), "Nummerus" (singular/plural) and "Kasus" (Nominativ, Akkusativ, Dativ, Genitiv).
Your words differ in their gender.
Here some examples:
Er ist mein/dein Freund.
Sie ist meine/deine Freundin.
Sie sind meine/deine Freunde.
Diese Tasche gehört mir/dir/ihnen/uns etc.
Dieser Tisch gehört mir/dir/ihnen/uns etc.
Diese Stifte gehören mir/dir/ihnen/uns etc.
