For now you just place it after the noun. ＊Someone doesn't have enough of something, or there is not enough of something: (S 的) Noun + 不够 -你不买这个吗？ -。。。我的钱不够。 时间不够 ＊For adjective / stative verb: 够＋adj. / sv 够多 够大 够好 不够多 不够大 不够好 * In questions: （S 的）Noun 够不够 （adj. /sv） Try compare these: 我没钱。 我的钱不够。 我的钱不多。 我的钱够多了。 (please ignore "了" at the moment if it's not covered yet) "我有不够多的钱" and "我没有够钱" don't work. If you want to say there's not enough people, it has to be 人数ren2shu4, literally the number of people. => 人数不够

Btw 我没有够钱 is not exactly correct format instead chinese people use like 钱不够 or 我的钱不够花了means' my money is not enough to spend

It`s "enough" 足够；Enough food/time/water/... 足够的食物/时间/水/... There are many ways to express

or 我的钱不够用了

我没有足够的钱。 or 我的钱不够了。
