Why do you need 가득 in those sentences since they already use the verb 차다? 가득 is an adverb and means "fully", 가득하다 is an adjective and means "to be full". 차다 means "to be filled (with)". 채우다 is a cause form(사동사) of 차다 and means "to cause to fill something (up/in) with something else " 2. Perhaps it's more of an idiom, 가득가득 = all filled 가득 차자 = chock-full 가득 따르다 = fill [a glass] to the brim/top So more than just "to be full" it might be a description of HOW full, to emphasize the verb following.
