시작되다 and 시작하다... they have the same meaning but the end is different, the 되다 and 하다.. What is the meaning of 되다? please help me..thanks...

되다 = to become, to come/arrive, to be permissible 하다 = to do It's much easier to read example sentences, I think ~ http://www.indiana.edu/~korean/K202/G9_6.html There's one grammar like "V해햐 돼요" = Have to do (something)
