大体相同。但追根溯源， “要”的本意是一种主观意愿的体现。而“會”仅仅表示将来。请体会：我明天要回家。i will go home tomorrow。我明天會回家。i will go home tomorrow。我明天不要回家。 i don't want to go home tomorrow。我明天不會回家。i won't go home tomorrow。
