动作的角度不一样，仰起的幅度要大一些。比如：
抬起头看人

抬起：lift；raise；put up；uplift
例子1.把它从你妈妈身上抬起来!
Lift it off your mom!
2.他们必须将我抬起来放到车上。
They had to raise me and put me on it.
仰起：steeve；fling
例子：
1.神主阿，求你仰起脸来，光照我们。
Lord, lift thou up the light of thy countenance upon us.
