I guess the writer want to say : "Don't give me my messages back, what shall i do with paper! "
She didn't reply his messages on the first place , she just gave them back to him.

It it a part of Saudi poem I think.
meaning: "you don't reply my messages! what should i do with paper!! ~~ when all the meanings of love has been burnt and melt with them"
