Is 跟我说汉语／普通话 correct?
Nin hao, I would like to have, "You can speak Mandarin Chinese with me" printed on a shirt. Is 跟我说普通话 or 跟我说汉语 a better choice? I don't know if it's better to say hanyu or putonghua.

If you just want to get it to wear in the body。跟我说中文，中文 it's better than 普通话 or 汉语。
If you want to get more people's phone number。trust me,you must write，我会教你中文。 ）

If it is Mandarin, is跟我说普通话。
You can speak Mandarin Chinese with me.你可以跟我说普通话。
cantonese is belong to 汉语 too.

I think they are both OK. maybe 汉语 is better when you are in your country. Mandarin Chinese belongs to Chinese.
