I haven't much time... I haven't much time & I don't have much time What is the difference?

They mean exactly the same thing. "I don't have much time" is how people usually say it; "I haven't much time" sounds a little more literary, as if it is something taken out of a 19th century English novel.

the grammar book says: haven't got or don't have haven't = colloquial
