Hello all :D . I just heard that expression ( to straddle the divide ) and I wonder what it means !!! Does it mean to try to fix a division and make it one unit ??, or to just support both sides of that division ??? Thanks in advance :D

It means that you are not completely on one side or the other of the division - you straddle the division.
