which one is the right expression?
1) For you, it is nothing. But for me, it is a dream COME true.
2) For you, it is nothing. But for me, it is a dream COMING true.
which one is correct? or are they both incorrect?

The first one is correct. It uses the idiom correctly.
Though, the second makes sense, and would be understood.
