I think it should be like this. The first one 瘦,骨感,The second one is 似曾相识,The third one is 你是昨天载我是去机场的司机。

瘦 / 瘦巴巴 / 瘦癟癟 / 瘦稜稜 (瘦得只剩皮包骨的樣子) / 皮包骨 (皮與骨之間沒有肉)

您是要說 " Déjà vu " 嗎 ?
> 似曾相識
還是 " It seems that I saw you somewhere. " ?
> " 在某處與你似曾相遇 "
> " 好像在哪碰過你 "
3. You are the driver who drove me to airport yesterday.
您就是昨天載我到機場的那位司機先生
用 "您" 且稱呼對方 "先生"

I have divided the words with spaces to ease your understanding, normally we write them without spaces in between words.
