Small Wonders are really good. They don't have translations as such but they come with a pretty complete vocabulary list at the back plus a lot of extra exercises and full online audio version. Look for this book Modern Arabic Short Stories, A Bilingual Reader And Tales from Kalila Wa Dimna for Students of Arabic This one isn't translated but it has the main new vocabulary translated.

You can find a lot of easy short stories here: http://toolstolearnarabic.blogspot.com/2010/04/pdf-36-arabic-stories-for-kids-for.html It's not translated, but you can find some words with pictures at the end of each page, so you can understand them easily.
