i don't agree.
buonos dias = good morning = sabaah al jair (khair) or simply ASSALAMU ALAYKOM
buonas tardes = massaa al jair (khair) or ASSALAMU ALAIKOM
buonas noches = tisbah ala jair (khair)
it is quite precise

i agree with singleview its exactelly the explanation and in french it is "bonjour"
