You and you I speak Spanish, and I am learning English, and I have a big problem when I want to say you(but not only you, you and more people). For example, if I send a email, and I speak with someone, and I say: You are a great person, but you (both) are very different. Can somebody help me? thanks!

You could make it specific to a group by using the plural of person. "You are great people, but you are both very different." (also place both after the verb there) It could also be said as; "Both of you are great people, but you're (you are) very different." If you wanted the group to include more than two people you could say; "All of you are great people, but you're very different." (You can move all to the same place you put both in my first example as well).
