what's "ㄹㅇ" function in a sentence? does it have a meaning?
Example : "루나춤은 ㄹㅇ 이지 군무하 면밴드"

No, it is not a word, they are just consonants. :)
The sentence dosen't make sense either, 군무하, 면밴드 I don't know what these words mean.

The word "ㄹㅇ" is a internet slang among teenagers recently. it is an abbreviation for the word "리얼 or 레알", meaning "indeed or really" in English.
