What should be a reply of 'Thanks a million'?
Someone say....You wish me on my birthday!Thanks a million.
(what should I reply back)

Say, "You're welcome a billion!". Just kidding, don't say that. A very polite way of responding to this would be to say, "You're welcome, I hope you had a good one!" or "Anytime, I hope you had fun!".
There are many things you can say. "Thanks a million" is just basically saying "thank you very much".
