The sentence is from a poem. 锦瑟李商隐锦瑟无端五十弦，一弦一柱思华年。庄生晓梦迷蝴蝶，望帝春心托杜鹃。沧海月明珠有泪，蓝田日暖玉生烟。此情可待成追忆，只是当时已惘然。 There are many views on this as people have different take on the poem. To me, the lyrics mean the relationship has become a memory or was history. Hope it helps.

This is not clear even for most Chinese people. Generally speaking, it says: it's such a beautiful feeling that it could stir in your memory. 可待成，可以等到后来成为追忆.
