In my audio course someone orders the following at a restaurant:

Can someone explain me what this is? Flying squirrel with cheese blah blah??? There must be something that I don't get.

My guess is that モモンガ is the name of the restaurant, the nickname of the creator of the dish, or the name of the dish. チーズメンチカツ is a breaded, deep-fried ground meat cutlet with cheese. So I think the customer just ordered a Momonga's Special Ground Meat Cutlet with Cheese! :)
