Como se diria "es lo que me toco " ? Por ejemplo mi amiga fue vestida de princesa y yo de principe no era lo que queria pero es lo que me toco...

My friend went dressed as a princess, and I went as a prince. That's not what I wanted, but it's what I got to wear. La fórmula es: it's/that's what I got to + el verbo relevante "got to" puede tener un matiz positivo ("I got to go to Paris!") o negativo y sarcástico ("I got to do/wash the dishes).
