Thanks for the recommendations, all ... i have tried both chinesepod and antiwave before.  Chinesepod is quite good actually, but not really interviews, so it can get boring after listening a while.  The level of Chinese on Antiwave, on the other hand, is quite deep ... half the time I can't really understand what is being said.

I really like 文涛拍案 & 锵锵三人行 on Phoenix station ... would be great if I could find a place that offers free downloads of these programmes in pure audio format.
