1. to express I am an undergraduate student(from freshman to senior)
A. I am an ungergraduate student
B. I am an undergraduate
C. I am a university student
D. I am a college student
E. I am in my frenshman year of/at? my university
F. I am a frenshman/senior of/at my university
G.I am doing/studying computer science at XXX university.
H. I am doing/studying my balchlor's/ balchelor's degree in computer science at XXXX university.

2. to express you are doing master's how to say that?
A. I am a graduate student
B. I am a graduate
I wonder if people who graduate from their university are all called gradute?if so, how to tell the difference between those who are going master's and those who just graduate and now maybe working in a company.

3. when you refer to gradute from my university, it means your undergraduate studies or both undergraduate and graduate studies?can I say I just gradated from my undergradue university last week?

This is a very long question, so I'll just tackle one point.
"Freshman" (note the spelling: "a fresh face" is a new person in an old situation) is called a "first-year" in Australia. Just be aware that different countries have different expressions - and different school systems too. :)
