I would never use 'durante' or 'por' (it just sounds bad in Spain)
My recommendations:
Llevo un mes viviendo en Mallorca.
(Ya) Hace un mes que vivo en Mallorca.
Desde hace un mes que vivo en Mallorca // Vivo en Mallorca desde hace un mes.
All depend how you want to express yourself.
