It is not correct. It should be “袁腾飞 之 腾飞五千年——腾飞说三国”
If somebody gets famous, we usually use his name directly to call his books, speeches and theories. 《腾飞五千年》is a series. And 《腾飞说三国》is part of it.
之 means “of” or sb “ ‘s ”
