I'd like to know the most natural way to ask, "What is the difference between A and B?" or "How do A and B compare?"

but i think it is not that much natural when we talk.I would say (if I already know someone's hometown) : 대전이 서울에 비해서 어때요?

A와( you can use 하고 or 랑 instead 와) B의 차이점이 뭐에요? 
Or A와 B의 차이가 뭐에요? 
Or i think it is more natural way to say when we speak(not writing) : A랑 B랑 뭐가 달라요?
