i have a long list of tape (테이프), but i dont understand the name of tape: 외관불량 TAPE and 외관불량 TAPE 손잡이추가. 손잡이 normally means the doorknob, so what does it mean in that case?

Can you provide the picture of tape?
I'm not sure what do you mean by tape.
외관불량 means "cosmetic defect"
손잡이추가 means "add handle"
