I think it can mean both. The visualisation of one's own ideas and also the delight of having the skill that allows you to make a suitable drawing. "Unique art" sounds like "fine art" but honestly, not everybody will agree that every drawing is "fine art". I assume you got this sentence from a hobbyist's website/book? They call everything "art" to motivate you.
