Is 拙者 a normal thing to use? I read that 拙者 is a very polite way to say I. But it also says used by samuri. Naturally in real life i use the most polite form of everything. I'm a noble and honest person and such is my language. I rarely use slang or informal words. Would i be looked at as weird for using 拙者 when referring to myself?

We never use 拙者 in our daily life. A polite way to say I is "私= わたくし/watakushi." Both men and women can use it. "拙者" was used by samurai or bushi before the Meiji period,1868.

I agree with Mami-san. If someone says 拙者 in conversation, I think he uses it jokingly to amuse his listeners. 我 is a written word. But we only see it in old books. 我々, 我ら (we) is still used nowadays, but it sounds pretty solemn.
