I'd like to say "slow internet is annoying" in French?
is that correct?

La connexion internet est lente, est mauvaise, et c'est agaçant
Ou bien "la lenteur de la connexion internet est ennuyante"
(PS: le mot connection n'existe pas en français)

yes but your could say "la connexion internet est lente et c'est agaçant" or "la connection internet n'est pas bonne et ça m'agace".
