Hi Sharkman,

A TEFL certificate is a teaching certificate, and there are excellent courses you can take from the British Council or Cambridge recognised academies, and you do not need a teaching degree to begin. You do, however, need a C2 (advanced) level of English, and if you do not have this, you will not approved to start the course by the British Council or by Cambridge.
