how is the difference of two sentences
- In many situations you need not worry about a computer BEING too slow for the task
-in many situations you need not worry about a computer IS too slow for the task.
please explain the difference of those

"What is the difference between these two sentences?"
The second sentence is wrong. "Being" is correct.
