What's meaning of "nothing screams “impersonal” like a perfectly-formatted typeface"? When was the last time you received a handwritten letter? Nowadays, they’re a rarity. Today it’s all about texting, emails and DMs. Even greetings cards have gone digital. No matter what the content, nothing screams “impersonal” like a perfectly-formatted typeface. Picking up on this trend, companies such as Jawbone, Grasshopper, and Prepwise (and many more) have reverted back to pen and paper. They send customers and prospects personal, handwritten notes. In return, they see more happy customers who are tweeting lots of positive brand messages. what's meaning of "nothing screams “impersonal” like a perfectly-formatted typeface"?

It means "A perfectly typed letter gives a strong impression (this is what screams means) that it is impersonal." By contrast, a hand-written letter is much more personal. "Screams" is an exaggeration. This writing technique is called "hyperbole".

Yo lo traduciría como: "No hay nada más impersonal que unos caracteres con formato perfecto."
