Are 十常八九 and 十之八九 interchangeable? Are they the same meaning phrase that are interchangeable in this?: "天下不如意事,十常八九"

I don't think 十常八九 is a correct phrase.Chinese native speaker only use 十之八九.

I think 十之八九 is used more frequently in general, while 十常八九 is more used in the phrase you mentioned.
