In that case... The following expression is right? I think it's wrong(there are two "in"), tell me right expressions. What's the temperature in Tokyo in this season.

I suppose you could say this is correct, it sounds unnatural though. In the United States, you usually would say "What is the temperature now?" in order to get the current temperature. If you mean season as in spring, summer, winter, autumn, then you could also say, "What is the temperature in Tokyo this season?" or "What is the typical temperature in Tokyo during ______<-(season)?" The first would ask for the current season's temperature and the latter would be asking about past temperatures. I hope I helped ^^

I understand the meaning but it's written in a very unusual way. Try; "What's the temperature like in Tokyo this season"
