Learning Hindi emergency! I am seeing someone from India..... we have discussed marriage and we both agreed that i would meet his parents to win their approval ( I will not marry him without their blessings). He is in my town on a work visa, unfortunately, and this morning he was told he has until January and the he will go back home to India..... This means I have to get more serious about learning Hindi. My "emergency" is that I am a college student that takes care of her mother who suffers from dementia...... So as you can imagine money is very tight. ANy help would be greatly appreciated as the only thing that is really holding us apart is me speaking with his parents in Hindi (and being a foreigner, but I can't change that). Please, please, please..... PLEASE!!! Any help......?
