what is the difference between روح and راح ? how can i use them ?

Examples :علي راح الى المدرسة 
Translation : Ali went to the school

روح = Soul ( in formal Arabic )

But we can use it the slang Arabic as another form of the verb ( Go ) as an order verb 
Example : روح إلى المستشفى
Translation : Go to the hospital
