might you help me?
I have read this sentence:
"There are lots of technologies that are changing things for us, but it is up to drivers."
I don't understand " it is up to drivers"
Thank you.
It means that the responsibility for making things change falls upon the drivers (and not the technology).

Without more context it is difficult to know what 'drivers' are. Can you write the sentences that come before this one? Or give more background to the sentence?

The "drivers" are those who adopt and advocate for the technology. They "drive" meaning "push" the technology into the mainstream. They are often referred to as "early adopters" of the technology.
