I don't agree .In what way they are cool ?

Sometimes, fellows, when someone or some people receive a compliment, a kind and friendly person will refrain from trying to spoil the moment. If someone asked, "Why are Moroccans and Chileans so cool?" I wouldn't resent the fact that Moroccans and Chileans received a compliment. I can't imagine why anyone would feel so insecure as to try to interfere with the compliment.

Do you refer to all Americans or just those living in the united states?

Everyone in the entire hemisphere? Or just the ones who call themselves Americans.
