Is there any mistake? Briefly to the question "What are you interested in". (And maybe there could be such a variant): Answering briefly to the question "What are you interested in"? Are they grammaticaly correct? Which one is more suitable to say and typical for English? What else variants of translation can be?

The question is fine. However, in your follow up, I´d suggest saying "in English"and then "what other variants of the translation can there be" Hope this helps.

You seem to have accidentally written the same sentence twice in your question. However, the question you wrote is correct: "what are you interested in? ". It could also be, "What are your interests?"
