애정 means "love,affection" 식다 means "to go cold" 애정이 식다 means "affection cools down" 애정이 식었어 means "My/Your/His/Her affection for someone has cooled down"

Not sure where you got this sentence from but it sure is a good one to know but not to hear it though. :)
