One thing I found that helps is listening to/ watching vlogs on youtube and writing down what you hear the vlogger say. This way you can practice listening and writing skills. Hope this helps :)

Listening skill: You have to listen a lot. Speaking skill; you have to speak a lot with the people Reading skill; read a lot. read Eng. literature written in simple words and read Eng. grammar. Writing skill: no other way but you have to write everyday at least 2 pages.
