A general term for the group of words. What's a general term for words like "mister", "miss", "sir", "ma'am" and such? I've seen it once but forgot to write down. Thanks for your attention. =)

Iris and Cherry are both correct. These are personal titles (formal), however they are also called "forms of address". If you meet someone new, you might ask them, "How should I address you", e.g., by first name or by title and surname.
