I would like to pay by credit card. At a fast food restaurant (ie. McDonald's) you would say, "I would like it to go" or "for here". They will usually ask you "for here or to go?". At a regular restaurant it would be assumed that you want to stay and eat, so you would just have to tell them if you want your order "to go". When you enter or call the restaurant you could say " I would like to order for take away".
